Vision 2010

Winter Constellation Class

Bring the family to enjoy an evening under the stars at the Mary Olive Thomas Demonstration Forest this Friday, February 12th, at 7:00 pm. Jennifer Lolley of the Louise Kreher Forest Ecology Preserve will show you the winter constellations and explore their myths and legends, including Orion the Hunter, Canis-Major Big dog and Canis-Minor Little Dog, The Pleiades-Seven Sisters, and many more! Be sure to dress warm, bring a flash light, and come ready to have a wonderful time!

Rain date is set for Saturday, February 13th, at 7:00 pm.


The Mary Olive Thomas Demonstration Forest is located on Moore's Mill. Go one mile past the new CVS Pharmacy and look for the sign on the left.


Admission is $2 for memebers and $3 for non-members and all proceeds will go towards the Haiti relief efforts.
